Blending Facial Reflexology, Facial Cupping and Facial Gua Sha, this signature treatment creates a deeply restorative experience for both skin and mind. It is ideal for those new to holistic facial treatments, or anyone looking for natural facial rejuvenation, relaxation and visible skin-enhancing results. Each stage of the treatment is carefully designed to support the skin naturally while encouraging deep relaxation and nervous system reset. Using gentle yet effective techniques, the treatment supports circulation, lymphatic drainage and facial tension release, helping to promote a healthy, radiant glow. Your treatment includes a gentle facial cleanse, skin-softening exfoliation, nourishing facial mask, Facial Reflexology to support relaxation and internal balance, Facial Cupping to encourage circulation and lymphatic drainage, Facial Gua Sha to sculpt, tone and release tension, followed by a finishing cleanse, toner and moisturiser to leave the skin refreshed, hydrated and glowing. Cancellation Policy
Booking and Cancellation Policy At Relax & Heal by Caroline, your appointment time is reserved especially for you. This policy ensures fairness to all clients while respecting the time and preparation involved in each treatment. Booking Appointment Appointments can be made online, via message, or in person. A deposit will be required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Your booking is only confirmed once you receive confirmation. Deposits and Payments Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred with sufficient notice. See cancellation and rescheduling point below. The remaining balance is payable on the day of your appointment. Accepted payment methods: cash, card and bank transfer. Cancellation and Rescheduling A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations with more than 24 hours’ notice: deposit can be transferred. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice: deposit will be retained. Same-day cancellations or missed appointments may be charged 100% of the treatment cost. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your treatment time may be reduced. Full payment will still apply. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may be cancelled and treated as a missed appointment. Respecting Time and Energy Each treatment is carefully prepared to create a calm, healing experience. Late cancellations and missed appointments impact both the business and other clients waiting for availability. Illness and Emergencies If you are unwell, please contact me as soon as possible.
