Booking and Cancellation Policy

At Relax & Heal by Caroline, your appointment time is reserved especially for you. This policy ensures fairness to all clients while respecting the time and preparation involved in each treatment.

 

Booking Appointment

Appointments can be made online, via message, or in person.

A deposit will be required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

Your booking is only confirmed once you receive confirmation.

 

Deposits and Payments

Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred with sufficient notice.  See cancellation and rescheduling point below.

The remaining balance is payable on the day of your appointment.

Accepted payment methods: cash, card and bank transfer.

 

Cancellation and Rescheduling

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations with more than 24 hours’ notice: deposit can be transferred.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice: deposit will be retained.

Same-day cancellations or missed appointments may be charged 100% of the treatment cost.

 

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your treatment time may be reduced.

Full payment will still apply.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may be cancelled and treated as a missed appointment.

 

Respecting Time and Energy

Each treatment is carefully prepared to create a calm, healing experience.  

Late cancellations and missed appointments impact both the business and other clients waiting for availability.

 

Illness and Emergencies

If you are unwell, please contact me as soon as possible.

In genuine cases, discretion may be applied.

Policy Review

At Relax & Heal by Caroline, policies are reviewed annually to ensure they remain aligned with current legislation, industry standards and best practice.  Should any significant changes occur in practice activities, premises or legislation, it will be reviewed sooner.
